GTHEN is a brand operated by MIJU Co., Ltd., a company located in the Republic of Korea. References to “GTHEN,” “we,” “us,” and “our” in these Terms mean MIJU Co., Ltd.

GTHEN is based in the Republic of Korea and orders delivered outside Korea may constitute international shipments.

Products purchased from the GTHEN store are sold by MIJU Co., Ltd., not Shopify. Shopify provides technology and related services that support operation of the store but is not the seller of GTHEN products.

You may not use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, collect other users’ personal information without authorization, misuse payment systems, infringe intellectual property rights, or use automated tools to access or extract website content in a manner prohibited by us or applicable law.

Our collection and processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify and other service providers may process personal information as necessary to provide the store and related services.
